Hendry is a lightweight yet complete HRMS designed for growing businesses that need real HR tooling without enterprise complexity. It covers the six pillars that every team needs: attendance tracking, geofenced clock-in, leave management, role-based access, reporting dashboards, and task assignment.
The system is designed to be self-serve — managers can configure policies, approval chains, and reporting without touching code or waiting for IT support.

Configurable leave policies (annual, sick, personal, custom types) with multi-level approval workflows. Calendar integration shows team availability at a glance. Automatic balance tracking and carryover rules.
Role Management

Built on Next.js with PostgreSQL, Hendry uses Redis for real-time session management and geofence calculations. The Google Maps API powers location verification with configurable accuracy thresholds. The entire system runs as a multi-tenant SaaS with company-level data isolation.
