Atlas is a comprehensive enterprise HRMS platform purpose-built for the Indonesian market, with a flexible architecture that adapts to any country's labor regulations. Unlike lightweight HR tools, Atlas handles the full spectrum: payroll processing, tax compliance (PPh21), social security (BPJS Kesehatan & Ketenagakerjaan), attendance with geofencing, leave management, multi-branch operations, and organizational structure management.

The platform is designed from day one as multi-tenant SaaS — each company gets isolated data with configurable compliance rules per country or region.

Architecture

Multi-tenant with row-level security and modular compliance engine.

Built on Next.js with PostgreSQL and Prisma ORM, Atlas uses a multi-tenant architecture with row-level security for data isolation. Redis handles real-time session management, geofence calculations, and caching. The compliance engine is modular — Indonesian regulations (PPh21, BPJS, UU Cipta Kerja) ship as the default module, with country-specific modules pluggable for international expansion.
