Shop.ly is a white-label conversational shopping agent that transforms any product catalog into an interactive AI assistant. Instead of browsing through categories and filters, customers simply describe what they need — and the agent finds, recommends, and facilitates the order.
The system integrates directly with existing e-commerce platforms and POS systems. It understands product attributes, inventory availability, pricing tiers, and can handle complex queries like "I need a birthday cake for 20 people, nut-free, delivered by Saturday."

Shop.ly uses a RAG architecture to index the merchant's full product catalog, including descriptions, images, pricing, and availability. When a customer asks a question, the agent retrieves relevant products, applies business rules (promotions, stock limits, delivery zones), and presents options in a conversational format.
The agent handles the full purchase flow: product discovery, comparison, customization options, cart management, and checkout — all within the chat interface. For complex orders, it can escalate to a human agent with full context preserved.
